Review: I’ve had a great experience with both technicians who have visited my property multiple times to address a carpenter ant issue. Matt, who has come out twice, is especially knowledgeable and thorough—he carefully inspects every area of the house and yard to ensure all problem spots are treated. The team is also incredibly responsive, often able to come out as soon as the next day if I notice any new insect activity. I highly recommend this company—affordable, friendly, and truly knowledgeable!

Review: Typically this would be a 5 star review. However, the customer service rep named Ashlee ruined it. We have been a Burgess customer for the past several years, but will be moving forward with a different company. We usually speak with Lisa who is pretty good and always schedules us promptly. Ashlee on the other hand didn’t. I have had to make a few appointments due to ongoing issues at our home. My husband has had to make the last two appointments because i have been working double shifts. This is now the second time that I can confirm Ashlee has texted my husband after hours from her personal phone asking about our home and how the issues we have are going. I have to say I find this inappropriate to say the least. We have now taken our business elsewhere. On another note, anytime either of us have called in it is extremely chatty and we constantly hear ‘office drama’. Also not very professional.

Review: From beginning, my experience with making the call to having someone come out to my home and start the process of setting traps around the inside and exterior of my home, the experience was amazing. The gentleman who came out explained in detail what the traps and bait was expected to do and yes, the traps did exactly what he said. I feel so much better knowing that my home is free of pests and I’m confident that I have Burgess Pests handy when I need to request an emergency visit. As I’m typing this message, it would be the second visit and I am pleased at how they handle any traps that needed to be removed and replaced with fresh traps. I highly recommend this company. It truly is an investment but, very much worth it.

Review: Needing a pest control company can be a very overwhelming situation. I have a wasp issue in my attic which lead to them getting into the home. Jason came out and gave a very knowledgeable assessment of the home and the issue, gave a very reasonably priced quote, and most importantly, set my mind at ease that it was something they can handle in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company based on the level of knowledge and professionalism I’ve experience with them.
