Review: We just signed up with ohDEER so this review is just based on our initial experience with them so far as we haven’t see the full results yet. But based off their high reviews, 100% organic approach, and seeing their signs in yards all over our neighborhood and town, we decided to give them a try. So far we are very pleased based off the great customer service on the phone (Erin) and our tech Zavion who came out for the initial spray. Erin was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable over the phone. My initial call to her was just for a quote and there was no pushy sales pressure or anything like that which was nice. She explained everything in detail. Once we signed up, Zavion came out for the first spray. He was very friendly, laid back, and explained everything in detail. We explained our main issue is that we have seen a large presence of ticks in and around your yard. Watching him spray, he focused exactly on those areas I pointed out. As I said, it is early on in our experience with ohDEER, but so far we are pleased with the service.

Review: My technician was Mike H super friendly. Mike explained everything he was going to do today and asked if I had any problem areas. I watched Mike spray my property he did every square inch for ticks and mosquitoes .Mike is great at what he does I will be calling the office and letting them know I only want Mike spraying my yard. Review: I was working in my gardens when Mike showed up, he was very pleasant and cheerful. After a short chat I watched Mike from inside my home spray, he did a very thorough job, I am so pleased. My family and friends spend much time in the yard I feel the coverage Mike did hopefully will keep away the ticks. Mike is a good ambassador for O’Deer.
