Review: This is my second review for Proof Pest Control, and I have to say again how glad I am that I switched my service to Proof! Despite heavy rain today, the technician, Liam Gallagher, went above and beyond, thoroughly inspecting my home from top to bottom, inside and out. He treated the house for mice with exceptional care and attention to detail, removing dead mice from the attic and basement and adding bait stations and snap traps where needed.

What truly impressed me was his professionalism and dedication. The rain didn’t slow him down—he even lay on the ground and crawled under the deck to check the sealing of the basement ventilation windows, plugging three gaps with steel wool. It’s clear that Liam takes pride in his work, and I feel so much more at ease knowing my home is well protected.

Thank you for such outstanding service! I highly recommend Proof to anyone seeking thorough and reliable pest control.

She consistently goes above and beyond to address any concerns we have—from insect activity in and around our home to a rodent issue in our shed, which she has completely resolved (a huge relief!).

Kristen is thorough, professional, and genuinely cares about her customers and the quality of her work. It’s clear that she takes her job very seriously, and it consistently shows in every visit to our home. Her attention to detail and dedication gives us so much peace of mind. It’s extremely rare these days to come across someone that is so committed and dependable as Kristen.

Review: Tyler the technician was great. He serviced my home a few weeks ago and then made another appt to have the upper eaves on my house sprayed for some carpenter bees. I like that Proof calls the day of to give me an estimate of the techs arrival time. Tyler was courteous, listened to my concerns and got right to work. Always a pleasure.

Review: Not a true guarantee-just marketing gimmicks, buyer beware!

I thought I was paying $1000 for a pest free guarantee. It turns out problem wasn’t gone. And their GUARANTEE IS ONLY GOOD FOR 30 DAYS!!! When I called them to say issue wasn’t improved after their 2 sprays (part of the full $1,000 package) they said we will come out and spray again (a third time)….however you can only spray every 14 days, so the 30 day guarantee period finished with just one more spray and issue still persisting. (Other companies can do this much cheaper). Problem (which wasn’t big to begin with) still was not gone, barely any improvement. When I called again, they said they can come out again but I’d have to sign another $1,000 contract with them….

I was tricked by their marketing. I thought they’d be efficient and best in their field since they had stellar reviews. But this is how they get their reviews: When a technician comes out to your house the first time, they send an email saying they will tip the technician if you give a 5 start review. Seems to me they are buying these reviews, and for cheap!

So disappointed with a company with tricky marketing gimmicks, and so little substance, since not only did they not fix the problem quickly, but they also overcharged about 10x more than the typical pest control company.

I hired another company after them, which did not break the bank, and now my property is truly pest free.
